Yeah removing trees is an odd charge indeed. I don't know, maybe chopping them down in an attempt to build a lean-to as an incall?

On a more serious note, that county seems to just throw in whatever charges they can to see what sticks. I notice they generally include possessing an instrument of crime (condoms?) and operating a business without a license.

I read a recent article a few days ago about a sting at a carwash on Baseline Road targeting the guys. Most of them agreed to $20 before getting busted. I didn't think much of it until I read the article that the OP alluded to. Everyone be extra safe in Little Rock!
