I posted a review for a lovely provider over a month ago. Since then realized posting reviews get you credit to premium access, how does that work, and have a fulfilled a requirement for premium access?

that review didn't wind up in the queue but even if we granted you PA for it that would have expired so your best bet is to write another (recent)review
