Malicious URL blocked

This is being identified by Avast Antivirus as a malicious URL, and the warning pops up on EVERY ECCIE page I visit. Is anyone else getting this? The only ad on ECCIE actively being blocked is the "Featured Escort" tab on the right, and leads to http://www.eros-guide.com/?WT.mc_id=1313&WT.mc_ev=click.

I hope the PTB get rid of the offending ad quickly then...friggin' annoying.

I just got it when I signed on. My antivirus is running as we speak.

Yes, I am getting it too, and the Eros ads pop up with every page on eccie now. Malicious, outgoing threat

I have my system pretty well locked down, and I'm still getting the same pop up.

Anyone else getting warnings from Malwarebytes of "Malicious outgoing and incoming threats" (various IP's listed but there is a pattern, when visiting eccie? I am using my mobile devices currently to read and post on this site instead of my desktop. Eros ads continually popping up now with every click of a forum link here.

It's weird. For me, it's just when I click on a provider's ad that's on the main page banner, and it only happens when I click on the first one. Today I'm getting it from:
