Open road

Got an upgraded rental car. Want to open it up. I'm in the north Dallas / Frisco area. Any place that's safe to go fast? Straight speed or curves would be nice. Last time I was up here I got pulled over and warning for minor thing.

I would take the expressway. Usually less traffic

There are some great winding roads about half an hour north of town up 75. A lot of us bikers go up there on weekends to push it and hug the curves.

This facility was developed in 95'/96' by a group of doctors who were racing enthusiasts, a private property type venture until people started showing up at the gate bugging them & asking hey could I bring my turd out here and make a few laps ? Year after year of private individuals walking up and asking questions they saw the dollar signs and turned it into a membership type club. Of course you've got to be wealthy to join this place and it's not a bring your buddy and his jalopy out to drag either. About the time the hotel was built and the oil boom was hot & heavy in Cresson area the track really picked up some steam. They've got some really nice homes built around the northeastern edge of the track off Hwy 171. All I can say about it is bring your Platinum American Express
