It looks like you have it (granted sometime between you posting this yesterday and now).

Mods have to review encounter reports (There Are No Reviews, There Are Only Encounter Reports) for suitability for granting PA access, and that can take a bit of time. I think staff gets to it at least once a day. You can only be patient (and maybe email or PM the mods just in case you were overlooked).
