South Austin - A visit from Diana.

So, I'm thinking about getting a cozy little thing (edited per OP request) close to 290 & i-35. I've had LOTS AND LOTS of gentlemen say "you're north, if you came south, i'd come see you." So here it is.

Good area? I figured it was right in the middle of everything & after that I'll be in Chicago (with the possibility of scheduling there) so I'm trying to get this all situated. Majority of Austin hobbyist know who I am, so I figured it wouldn't be hard to advertise for the southern side of town.
