Just wanting to know, what are the absolute minimum requirements for PA credit when submitting a review? Only because someone who frequents the Walker girls would only be able to provide minimal information. Sometimes a phone number, but never a weblink unless the number happens to connect back to a page.

I believe a name and contact info (phone number) as well as the general location is the bare minimum

also activities have to be at least L1 and the date needs to be within 30 days
