North Carolina's population is 72% white. The other 28% is divided among every concievable minority.
This "Think Tank" assumes that all of these minorities wish to be hearded into government projects, have the Government take care of them, be stripped of most of their individule identities, and be told that they will never be able to achieve a single thing without the help from some Government Entity for one reason, that being, they were not born white.
By the way. All of our State Governments are set up like our Federal Government. Democratic Republics. This form of Government PROTECTS the rights of minorities, rather than yielding to the Mob Rule that a true Democracy will evolve in too.
