This is the error I am getting VERY frequently. . I did Google search and people are talking about it. Any viable/working solution plz?

I can not help with the error you get with Chrome, other than to suggest that you get away from Google chrome. Google is way out of control in its data-gathering business model.
I like Firefox, with all the security add-ons. Used it since the beginning and I like their attitude that the user gets control of where they go on the net. Not the otherway around.
