Beginner

I've been curious about about this for a while and have been lurking on this site for a bit as well, but have finally decided to try it out. However, the problem is that I don't really know the best way to go about things. In particular, it seems all the girls require referrals, which I will not have until I get some experience. Any advice on this and any other matter would be appreciated. I would prefer not to be completely ignorant and boneheaded my first time.
