HOA fines man for giving out free water

Happy to hear this guy intends to keep going.

What a truly American thing to do. Locking someone up for doing a kind deed.We should be better than this, sadly.

It does seem like the HOA specifically made that rule for dude, however, it also seems that dude wants free TV advertising for his business.
