Re-Establishing a Provider Account

I am trying to help a provider who was very active on eccie 2 years ago to re-establish her account. She cannot remember her password and she has long forgotten the email account she set up the account with. I am assuming the user name is her provider name: Kayla Smith

Tell that provider to email websupport@eccie.net from her current email address, and we will help her.
