HOOKUPS pop-up is coming up as Malicious

I've been having the HOOKUPS pop-up come up over the last year or so but today, Norton's is telling me it's been blocked for as MALVERTISEMENT and malicious.

Just wanted management to look into that as to why the sudden change in HOOKUP's banner.
