pawn shop fire Westpark

A pawn shop fire recently, happened around 3 am on a Monday morning. That is the usual time when fires are started, not by accident.

Interesting for what will happen for the pawnshop customers. They leave their goods at the pawn shop and get a loan....hoping one day to return to pay the loan and get their goods back. Now....they will be unable to get their goods back. What can the pawn shop do about that ?
Providing the fire was "sudden and accidental"..the Pawn Shop will file a claim with their insurance policy. The people who pawned will likely need their paperwork as it's likely all the paperwork in the Pawnshop has been destoryed.

Individuals who have items on loan, will have to file an insurance claim with the Pawnshop insurance company with documents of value. If they items have not been destoryed it's probably a matter of arranging a time to pick up the items.
