Rules of Pics in a Provider Showcase

Can anyone speak to why it is extremely rare to find a provider that has pictures of her pussy within a showcase or even on their personal site? I'm guessing this has something to do with legality, or prosecution, but it doesn't make sense to me.

It also could be the same reason that topless stip clubs do better financially then all nude strip clubs. They also get a higher class of guys with more money to spend and who come back more often.
