Picture Update

All day today I've tried to change my avatar picture and no matter what picture I try to change to or what format it is in it says "File upload failed". What the fuck is going on? Why the fuck is this happening? Thank you!

I see non staff answering posts in this forum all the time. If they didn't want responses I suppose they would lock it down.

also a current problem with pm's. If you have it set to email you when you get a new pm. you get the email, but can't see the pm.
