Outcalls to Upscale Strip Hotel?

Gonna be flying out to LV to play in July. Rates were good, MLife had some nice specials, so I am luxing it up in CityCenter.

I'd love to "share the view" from my penthouse with one of LV's best, but typically how do outcalls work due to elevator security and such?
