Posting a review using smartphone

I am trying to post a review using my smartphone and I am having issues. I've done it using the "non-mobile" version of the website and going in that way. Today I am trying to do that and it says my login is invalid wait 15 minutes and try again. My login and password is working fine on the mobile side of the app. Any known issues or should I be going about it differently?

I tried on a regular computer yesterday and got the same result. Is anyone having the same issue?
