Tipping?

I'm interested in hearing from both the guys and girls about tipping. Guys: Are there any guidelines that you follow in regards to when and how much you tip? Girls: can you give me a range on how often and how much you receive in tips?

I'm new to this and I'm hoping to hear both perspectives. Thanks.

No tips. In the hobby, you reward good service with repeat business.

If I think it's worth a tip, I really think of it as paying the real value. But if I wasn't happy, I pay the agreed upon amount and then the rest of you hear about it.

for me it just depends on how well things click. I don't see a lot of girls but I have a few favorites that I feel I have a good relationship with and from time to time Ill tip a little extra or give them a gift of some type and this often comes back as a positive in a number of ways.
I'm sure if you had a really good time plan on seeing them again its a good way (depending on the tip/gift) that they would remember you. Which can't really hurt.
But as a general rule.. no I don't after all no matter how well things may seem to click its just business.
