yahoo woes

Anyone know what a 'temporary error 14" is on Yahoo?
I changed my email from one aol account to another, ended up getting blocked on ECCIE because AOL blocks emails and the change couldn't be confirmed. Per a recommendation from a provider I went with Yahoo but cant get into it because of the error message.
One thing after another.
Shout out to Namssa for getting me back in, at least until the new verification runs out.
Anyone out there have suggestions on the best email provider?
Anyone know how to get into Yahoo? I've tried to get into yahoo both from my laptop and via their app on an Ipad.

According to Yahoo:

If you ever get "Temporary Error 14" in your Yahoo Mail account, don't worry, it's nothing you did. While the error will usually correct itself on its own, here's a workaround that can help get you up and running quicker.

1. Sign out of Yahoo Mail on all desktop and mobile devices.
2. Clear your web browser's cache.
3. Restart your web browser.
4. Sign back into Yahoo mail.
Read and done all of that on day 1 and 2. Still getting error message.
Anyone know if I should switch to another email provider?

Yahoo sucks switch to Google or something else besides yahoo. Hundreds of millions of Yahoo accounts were compromised by the Russians and Yahoo denied there was an issue. I knew several of my Yahoo accounts were hacked years ago, others knew their accounts were hacked and not because of bad passwords but something wrong within Yahoo and they denied denied denied until FINALLY they were forced to admit to it when being sold to Verizon.

There have been issues reported with Yahoo and ECCIE emails. It does not appear that Yahoo is blocking them. There are many members who use Yahoo without any issues so the results are inconsistent. Switching to Gmail or Hotmail is a great suggestion. I have been using Hotmail for decades and have never experienced any issues with ECCIE emails.
