FRAUD/SCAM.... DONT THINK ITS ME!!!

Well, I received a text earlier tonight from a client that I have known for the last two years. He always keeps an eye out for my ads and or pictures. Well tonight he asked me if I had happened to switch my name and if I am still doing incalls... Me, being the person I am, got confused.... and reminded him I always let him know if I do. So he then tells me some one must be using my pics. And sure enough... Some one is using my pictures... I know this isnt the first time, but it is the first time I have the information. I tried calling and there was no answer the first time so I waited and called again, and my luck, someone answered... so I asked who I was speaking to and told her that I am Michelle Snow, a verified provider with reviews and would appreciate it if they would not use my pictures. After I got off the phone I looked and the other pictures of some one else were gone but mine remained.... SO GUYS.... Dont think this is me... Dont try... Dont waste your time....

I'm sorry that happened, girl. Email BP and tell them someone's using your pics and they will take the ad down. Good luck.

Thanks everyone. I have emailed Bp and it is still up and I haven't received an email back either. I looked up the number in Houston Bp and they are using different pictures on every ad. It just frustrates me that they would use my pictures in Dallas where I am and then be immature about it.

so can someone please help me out here.... what more am i supposed to do? i called the number and that didnt do anything... i have reported the ad numerous times... i have emailed bp... and still nothing... the ad is still up and running... wtf?! what do i do?

Michelle, try sending an e-mail to Backpage telling them the pictures are yours, they are copyrighted, and you have not given permission for their use in those ads. Ask them firmly, but nicely, to take them down. Include a link to the ad you are reporting and send them a link to your legit ad / website with the same pictures. I don't remember where exactly, but somewhere there is a link to send staff/customer service an e-mail. If you have an account, login and use those staff contact addresses. The DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) supports you and they have to take them down as all works of art, etc., are automatically copyrighted by law. I know of others for whom this has worked, hopefully it will work for you. The poster/pirate won't care about your complaints, but BP will. -fk9

Yes the pics in dallas are gone . The other pics must have been changed or pics of chelle i have never seen and i have know her for a while now.
