Problems uploading new Avatar?

I have tried to upload a new avatar and keep receiving an error "Unable to Save Image".

The file size is 6.67 KB and pixels are 149x149

Any help would be appreciated.

Does the image display properly on your computer? What type of image is it? GIF? JPG?
