You are not wrong about it looking like doctor office. It had to be no doubt one at one time. Of all the amps I have even been or driven by this one sticks out as the nicest storefront curb appeal of them all. It screams legit establishment unless you are in the know. Some are in nice brick shared business type setups but this one being brick with nice arched entrance stand alone business facing road setup is unique to this hobby.
