Whoever is responsible for the rules of engagement should be indicted. Our agents should have gone in with superior fire power. This is the opposite of the "Chicago way." Being forced to take a bean bag gun to do battle with assault rifles is outrageous.
Waiting eight months to unseal the indictments appears to be unusual. It looks like the delay is part of the coverup. Eric Holder should have to explain, why the release of the indictments took so long, under oath.
