If a provider is no longer in the business....

Do you think it's fair to place her on these sites for any reason? If she finished school, married, and has a job? Seeing as how this job could hurt her if it is seen by anyone? Her boss could fire her.....Yes it's a double standard but it happens I'm sure......So does anyone have the right to use her pics once she is long gone?

Placing any prejudices you may have against me aside, is it fair?

Is this is ok? Quoting you "People have been trying to get a hold of this lady for over a year. Please PM me if you find her...I'll offer a reward..."

Is it ok for you to do that about "

No it's not. Unfortunately, on the internet ... rules about fair play and ethics are pretty much unheard of.

She freaks out when someone ask for a girls contact info that use to work for her but she has no issue trying to get some girls information that she says herself does not want to be found out. This make any sense to anyone?

Random pictures on the web are nothing more than that. Who cares. If I stole it from a secure source, that would be different. Once you post it on the net for public consumption, it is fair game. No rights are retained.

I don't think anything should be posted that could reveal the civilian identity unless, of course, she has consented.....Bill
I closed the other thread with the same discussion, I'm leaving this one open and reminding everyone the recent posts about taking this down a notch or two

Eccie rule is if she does not want it here, shouldn't be here.
Its tough shit, IMHO. If she ever posted pictures of herself on the internet, its too late and she can't get upset if random people get their hands on them. ECCIE may have a much more compassionate take on this than the rest of the internet will. If she came to me and asked me to get rid of the offending information, whether it was here or elsewhere, I would do it but I'm a fucking sweetheart. Many people wouldn't give a shit. Once she put images of herself up on a public forum, all bets were off.

Bottom line: if she doesn't want those kinds of things out there, she shouldn't have put them out there to begin with.

My understsanding is that if a pic is on the internet, there will always be the chance it will turn up again at a later time, like it or not. H

We are not in court so why should it matter what is legal or not? This should be a matter of right or wrong......Bill
