Of the ones mentioned, Ansley without a doubt.

Edit to note that some ladies don't actually show pics of themselves in their avatars. Even Ansley, as beautiful as she is, had a cartoon for a while. But right now it's the hottest thing in the list posted above. My taste in ladies' avatars tend to the very, very petite, so I'm probably out of sync with others.
