Can you clarify - Can the OP see anything in private tags regardless if they have PA?

If you post a review, the text you place in the "Rest Of The Story" portion will always be visible to you, whether you have PA status or not.
Private information posted by other members is not visible to you with virtually no exceptions - unless you have PA status.
