Not sure quite how I feel about this but a ten year sentence appears excessive. On one hand the guy is a scoundrel and a liar. On the other hand isn't it the American Way... I have never purchased anything I have seen off an infomercial and just assumed they are all lying.

I didn't realize taking advantage of desperate...albeit naive and unintelligent folks was the American Way.
The guys sentence is way below the guidelines already. And he already was given a slap on the wrist. Don't really feel sorry for him.
