How much notice do providers want?

I guess it varies from one woman to the next but I'm trying to get a feel for how much advance notice providers want/need to schedule appointments. So many times I've tried to set something up a week or so in advance (like most people my schedule is pretty full) and some providers seem to appreciate that while others get pissed and tell me to get back to them closer to the desired time. Of course, when I do that they don't answer the phone or reply to their PMs/texts until a few days after my desired time, when I'm unavailable.

Thoughts?
A full day, up to a week is usually sufficient for me. If advance arrangements are made, I also have clients contact me the day before the set appointment time. I don't get pissed at them, but it's good to confirm, in the event plans have changed.

Often more than a day or two is too much. A few that tour and are in demand schedule in advance but I have found that to be an exception.

A few days is really great.. 24hrs is good too. If its someone I've seen before or someone who is easily verified, I don't mind a few hours notice
Advance notice is best, but for just a few hours of a visit, no more than a weeks notice. On the day of I ask for confirmation an hour before so that I can forward location details and start getting sexy. If I don't hear from the gentleman on the agreed upon time, I assume something came up and that it would've been an inconvenience to call for whatever reason. That way, I'm not all dolled up with nowhere to go, he has ample time to GPS his way to me, and there's no need to start a ncns war in the threads.

I'm a planner and, most often not sitting on a pretty pillow all dolled up ready to go... *smile and wink*

I prefer anywhere from 24hr to a week notice. (I once had a gent schedule with me 1 month before our date. (multi hr) and that was fun sending little flirty texts to each other until the day of our date. (granted he didn't abuse the messages either by sending me dick pics or even dozens of messages a day)

There are rare occassions when I have nothing to do and can take a last minute date. But once again, rare that I am not out doing SOMETHING.

Wait.... Are you telling me y'all all AREN'T dolled up at 5am every morning dressed in lingerie watching porn with a Hitachi in one hand, & a moscato in the other waiting for us?!

I've been lied to all these years.

Another dream shattered ... first no taint being posted and now this ...
If you are a new client to me, then I would like at least a day so that we can cover screening and things like that.

If you are a repeat client, then short notice requests are just fine.

When in my home town, I'm bad, I at most give 24Hr notice, more times than not its same day. But when traveling I usually try to set-up weeks in advance. In home town providers I see know me, and if they can't see me, I make sure to tell them its my fault for trying to make same day plans.
