Never thought I would see France outlaw prostitution. Actually, it fines for solicitation. So it punishes the john not the hooker.

Not great, but maybe it will help with trafficking, which we all hate to even know is going on. I doubt it's their mission to solely interfere with two consenting adults. The wording of all these kinds of laws should be directly aimed at trafficking.
