Correct. Those people may or may not have been infected at the time they became aware of Mr. Duncan's infection.

Some of those in the apartment are children. So why is the CDC not following it's own protocols and immediately sterilizing the apartment to avoid further contamination of it's occupants as well as risk contamination of others?
