Newbie section

Seems to me that there should be an area specifically for newbies, lurkers, and people that don't hobby too often. It could be a place with stickys for abbreviations, rules of conduct, writing and posting reviews, general etiquette to avoid making a hobby faux pas, guidelines for new providers, etc. Newbies can post their questions here and providers that are newbie friendly should be able to post an additional ad here. Kinda make it easier for newbies to get their feet wet (or something like that. Just a suggestion because it can be difficult to find the time to learn to navigate the site, research providers, etc.

The Welcome New Members forum on the main page and the Welcome Wagon forums in each of the geographic areas are for that purpose.
