SUBLEASING

Hey ladies. I am taking a leave for an indefinite amount of time, and I am looking to sublease my apartment. It's located in a North Dallas in a great area with close access to the Tollway and 635.
It's a one bedroom, one bathroom with new floors *laminate wood* in the living area, tile in bathroom and carpet in bedroom. I am leaving it furnished with a bed and couch etc...You will need to provide your own tv if you want one and stereo.
I WILL screen you before subleasing it out so no pimped girls or messy people.
It is $800 a month, and you will also have to have the electricity turned on in YOUR name, the water is free.

it is still available but i put my 30 days notice in yesterday so you'd have to go through my landlord at this point. i can still show it to you if you're interested!
