Yesterday marked not only the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, but also the publication of a book about its first victim. He was Danny Lewin, an internet pioneer on board American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane to be flown into the World Trade Center. He was believed to be stabbed to death while struggling with the terrorists before the crash.
