Conservatives gathered for a free speech rally on Saturday in San Francisco, with a focus on the suppression going on from big tech for things like Twitter suppressing the NY Post Hunter Biden story.

Team Save America organizer Philip Anderson was behind the event.

But free speech was apparently too much for Antifa. Several hundred ‘counter protesters’ (in the words of the AP) surged into the area, attacking the conservatives.

You can see some of the pictures here. They apparently attacked several people including Anderson and a police officer.

Anderson was walking away, trying to protect another rally goer from the Antifa people when he was sucker punched from behind. The Antifa person then hit him a second time, full on in the mouth, knocking out his teeth.

Anderson still took to the stage to call out Antifa and warn this is what America is turning into with the radical left, shutting down free speech and attacking people. But they had to shut down the event because it wasn’t safe, even with the police there.

Anderson told the AP he was voting for President Donald Trump because of people like his attackers. “I love America, I love this country and I love free speech,” he said. Here’s a fund that Adam Crigler started to help Anderson fix his teeth.

I think you've misread. People here are mad at the Antifa fascists, not for them.

I understand that it's easy to get confused, because you read their name and assumed they're telling the truth, but just like how the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea" isn't Democratic or a Republic, "Antifa" isn't Anti-Fascist. They use violence and blackmail to push their agenda to punish anyone they perceive as more successful than them, and aim to subjugate society to provide for them.
