New / Largest Strip Club In N.Y. ?

Heard rumor to the effect there's a new strip club in the works in Buffalo. It'll be called "The Body Shop" and It's being said that it'll be the largest strip club in N.Y. The planned location is on William St. near Baily Ave. Anyone else heard anything ? I'll add more details if I hear anything more.
