Actually, the review fit the facts as I knew them at the time. Upon reading the review later, Holly graciously offered an honest explanation of her inability to contact me during the time that we had scheduled. I won't go into detail here, but her sincerity was apparent and by not vectoring me into her neighborhood saved me from some stress and possibly a large hassle.

All is forgiven and I will connect with her again.

I agree. Holly's attempt to apologize following a negative remark is in bad faith, especially since you left her 3 or so vm's.
