Hi I have submitted my website, my reviews, and my references twice and not heard back or been made a verified provider yet....?

When I first moved to Austin I just put my hometown as my location. I have lived here for the past 6-7 months, so I just changed my info and re-sent the email. Thanks for your help, this has been such a pain trying to get verified.
