When I first joined I used Urban Dictionary to learn the abbreviations. Their definition of IOP was inside out penis, the last step for a transsexual. You can imagine my surprise to find there were so many trannie hookers in West Texas.

BTW, I cannot find IOP in the list linked to in the signature. He does list IPO so if any hookers go public we will know to get in on it.
