Does anybody here know....

Sourcecode or what have you to make this site semi functional? It takes an Act of Congress to upload pics on here alot of the time. I try with Edge, Firefox, Chrome, all the browsers and usually get an error. I'm too old for this shit. (Yes, I know....you agree).
