Help updating email if I don't have access to the email

I have been logged in on my phone for years I just got a new phone and try to log in and cannot because I have no access to the email on my account I'm logged in as of now but can't reset my password because I can't receive link from old email

Try logging in on a different device. Log out from your new phone first. You should be able to.

Then once logged in reset your password and you should be good to go. Good luck. XOXO
