For me, it's gotta be Nathan's Famous. Nice and plump, big beefy flavor, with a good snap when you bite into them.
On the other hand, Bar S has to be the nastiest damned hot dog in the world...

+1 on Nathan's but gotta have it at Coney Island - it's an experience to eat it where it was creaed.
