last minute and/or South Wedge?

Hi all - I tend to want to hobby at the last minute, usually in the evening. I'd like to find a provider (or 3) who's generally able to accommodate requests with 2-3 hours notice. Most providers here seem to want 2-3 days notice. I live in the South Wedge, so anyone fairly nearby would also be great. Looking for something regular.
Thoughts?
