New old places

Rubmaps has some reviews on some old places that used to be garbage...what's changed??

Texas law changes have AMP owners moving (or investing) out.. So. if these are under New Mgmt, this would be the reason (FYI: OKC has seen some influx as well)

Any of them actually good? I’ve been to two recent one was ok and other was a really good massage but that was end result. Been seeing more hotel operations that peeked my interest.
