Someone posted a fake review on me how i can it be removed?

Okay i havent been online much and i just noticed someone posted a fake review on me.
How or what can be done to have it removed?
This person clearly just posted it to get premium access.

Hi Sweetie, you might also want to look at your profile where your reviews are listed and click the "Report a Problem Button" by the particular review and let the Mods know that way too.
