What would you do for your birthday?

Lets say you had a birthday and a vacation coming up and limited funds to work with. What would you do?

A. Spend some time with one of your ATFs and have less money for your vacation
B. Go to a strip club to relax and spend a smaller amount of cash
C. Save your money and dream about all the pre-release video games you will be playing on vacation
D. <Choose your own adventure>

As a side note... Does seeing a provider for your birthday add to the experience? Gents and ladies feel free to reply. I always like to hear opinions from both sides.

With LIMITED funds I'd spend it on my vacation.

I'll offer a bit of advice since you asked about seeing providers on your birthday. One Christmas after I'd just gotten divorced I didn't have my kids and had no plans and booked a provider for Christmas Eve since I thought the last thing I wanted to do was be alone on Christmas Eve. She was a no show. I felt shitty in about fifty different ways. I posted about it in the locker room on the other site years ago and it turned into a boo-hoo Dr Phil-fest.

All I'm saying is, FOR ME, I like to save actual birthdays, holidays, and special occasions for family and friends. There's a lot of pressure to do something memorable on birthdays and New Year's Eve. Do something you'll remember years later with a smile, not a wince.

That said, I've got a birthday coming up myself. And I'm giving myself a very nice present But not on my actual birthday.

Like down41 said, keep the actual day for friends/family.

I also like to give myself a nice b-day present. Nice hotel downtown, an atf for the evening. An overnighter takes off a lot of pressure and its fun to go eat, hang-out and drink, while having a good looking lady on the arm, usually dressed to the nines. I do prefer to schedule it with someone that there is some basic chemistry and like interests, otherwise it can also be a *very* long night

However, if choosing between taking funds away from a planned vacation to play or keep the money for the vacation, I would always keep the money for the vacation.

It depends on what day your birthday falls on. Mine falls on a Monday, so I will be doing things with co-workers, friends, and families the couple of days before. I will be doing Monday night football celebrating and hopefully have one of those hottie SC gals as my date that night.

Do the things with family first and if funds allow treat yourself. Whoever says you can't have your cake and eat it too didn't try hard enough!

I don't celebrate my birthday every year; it really depends on the day it falls on and how my schedule is. All that matters is my friends and family cared enough to drop a birthday greeting. When I do celebrate my birthday, I like to have it with a close circle of friends; not a huge party. I would not consider seeing a provider as part of a birthday package. A birthday celebration is special only because of the people I get to spend it with.

Mine is this upcoming Tuesday so since it is weekday I went to the club today on the weekend so on the actual day I can spend it with family.

I'd just spend the money on the vacation and go get some free birthday wings at Hooters. Word on the street is that it may be possible to talk the Hooters girls into giving you a lap dance, but all I got was a kick in the balls when I suggested it. But it was the most attention they'd gotten in years.
