IP address banned.

So, on my laptop there's a 50/50 chance that when I come to the site my IP address is banned, even if I use a VPN I still have the issue. Any clue? Or is this just TWC being difficult as always? Thanks in advance.

You're having a problem because they don't allow VPN.
You're not banned or you couldn't make this post on a handle created back in February.
