Anyone out there who has any info on where I could acquire a bootleg underground hair cut I would be appreciative of the tip

I wish some of the ladies could really cut hair and would offer a haircut, shower, and shampoo. Hell, if the girl who usually cuts my hair would offer such an in-home service she could get the tip of all tips.
