Multi Acct?!?

I Have a male friend who would like to join eccie but when he goes to register, it says he cant make multiple accounts? He is sure he has never signed up and has tryed two or three emails? on my comp as well as his phone and a tablet... HELP PLS!!!

He will need to email dallas@eccie.net and request an account be set up for him. He should send what user name he wishes to use.
