I don't see how that can protect. For that matter, typical condoms are no guarantee either.

I would not trust that. I'd be afraid it would slip off inside and even more afraid that it wouldn't prevent the spread of STDs and STIs

I know Bill Gates is offering a shit load of money to invent a better condom. No, he's not a horny bastard. He wants to come up with a product for Africa that will help men overcome the stigma of putting on a condom. Some of the exotic ideas I've heard include some type of spray on condom that is virtually non-existent but 10 times stronger than what we have now.
